In Brass for Gold, the typology of Solomon and his son Rehoboam are unravelled with respect to their application to the religious world of today. Rehoboam manufactured shields of brass when the king of Egypt confiscated the shields that Solomon had made of gold. Rehoboam took greater care of these brass ones than he did of the shields of gold and so the modern religious world is satisfied with substituting a gospel of brass for one of gold. In this lecture, Walter Veith investigates the various institutes of learning in the evangelical world, their doctrines and origins, and allows the stones themselves to cry out regarding the annihilation of the pure gospel of gold.
